Service Description

This is a 30 minutes visit for new patient in which the patient's general health will be assessed and labs ordered to establish a baseline of labs before starting any peptide treatment. During this visit the nurse practitioner (N.P) will discuss : medical history , perform physical examination and order labs ( the patient must come prepared for labs) . Blood collection specimen will be collected at the office.

Cancellation Policy

We require a deposit of 103.50$ for any Filler/Botox appointment. There is NOT refund if the cancellation occurs the same day. You need to cancel or reschedule a minimum of 72 hours in advance to get refunded
