Service Description

This option is for Non-Insured patients for General Medicine/ Primary Care Services. We do only take Medicare ( Free) if you need to use your medical insurance , please call our office before to check we take your insurance

Cancellation Policy

We require a deposit of 103.50$ for any Filler/Botox appointment. There is NOT refund if the cancellation occurs the same day. You need to cancel or reschedule a minimum of 72 hours in advance to get refunded
